The Magnolia Roller Vixens are always eager and excited to give back to the community. The league is committed to doing at least one community event each month!

The Vixens donated items to the Animal Rescue Fund of MS.  Items were collected at the Cruisin for a Bruisin bout.

Donated gift basket to the Epilepsy Foundation of Mississippi for their Off the Leash fundraiser.  Please check out Off the Leash on Nov 8th before you come to the game!

The Vixens walked for a cure at the Luekemia and Lymphoma Society's Light the Night Walk!  The Vixens also raised over $200 for this great charity!!!

MRV donated needed items to the Ronald McDonald House.  Items were collected during the 80's Prom: Fast Times At Derby High Fundraising event.

The Vixens participated as one of the challenges in the Back to School: Go Healthy Challenge in partnership with the American Heart Association.  We helped teach over 700 kids how exercise can be fun!
 
July 30, 2008
Helped kick off the Light the Night program for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society!!!  Began selling "Relentless" bracelets to raise money for the LLS.

Volunteered for Habitat for Humanity.  It was truly an awesome experience!  We hope to do it again, very soon!

July 2008 - Present
Began a partnership with Rock the Vote.  The league will have a voter registration booth at each event to help Rock the Vote register 2 million people!  The public can also register to vote via the Vixens' website.

June 2008 - Present
Started the MRV Pet of the Month featuring needy pets from the area's local no-kill animal shelters.  MRV also donates money to each featured shelter each month.

Volunteered at KidJam sponsored by the Children's Defense Fund Southern Regional Office.

June 6, 2008
The Vixens donate $500 worth of clothing and household items to the Salvation Army of Jackson.
